The ring is perfect. It is exactly to our specifications. I love the fact that you can select from the different options, size, shape, thickness, finish. My husband couldnât be happier with his wedding ring, because he was able to personalise it to exactly what he wanted and for a very reasonable price.

We loved the different options given for the ring and thought the sample ring service was a fantastic especially the half size options. Delivery was quick and efficient. The ring is just perfect. My fiance is a tradesman so wanted a smooth, lightweight wedding ring which would be more durable than gold or platinum. The fine matt finish takes away the polished look but it still has a nice slight shine to it. The d-shape is perfect and having the 1.3mm depth really helps it to not sit proudly and get caught. Really happy with this product.

The service from Wedding Rings Direct was outstanding. I was initially sceptical about buying my wedding ring online, however having got in touch with WRD over email all my questions were promptly answered and I was pointed towards the sample service to try out a selection of rings. I then ordered the ring as the prices and quality was better than I could find on the high street and I was delivered as planned. Thanks to the customer sales assistant charlie for their help.

Brilliant service! Where else would you get someone's undivided attention for 2 hours to help you choose? Anthony was patient and very helpful and is obviously passionate about his job. When I booked the appointment I thought it would be all over in about an hour but 2 hours were needed as there actually are a lot of choices to make (width, weight, size etc).

Great service. I live in Australia and they contacted me to let me know the price I paid didn't include VAT tax but I maybe subjected to tax and additional fees when it went through customs here. Also gave me instructions on hoe to find out how much they would be. Also contacted me when my order was delayed and gave me an updated ETA

Although the ring is lovely, and should be half the width of the partner ring. In the flesh it looks smaller than it is when compared to the bigger ring. This is a disadvantage of not being able to see exactly what you are buying. Although the sample service is of great help here.

Rings were made and delivered on schedule. However there was a long period of silence in-between receiving confirmation of order and dispatch of item. An update during this time would re-assure customers that everything was on schedule. I did receive an email nearer to the delivery date.

Hi there, Many thanks for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that your not 100% happy with the width of your rings. As you have said, the sample service is a great way to be able to try on your chosen specifications before purchasing your rings, however we completely appreciate that this is not always something our customers want to do, or in some cases have time to do if their wedding date is close. In these circ*mstances, we have the returns and exchange policy in place so that, if after receiving your order, you are not 100% happy with the design or feel of your rings, you are able to return them to us and exchange for a better suited option (as long as they are returned within 30 days from despatch and have not been worn). When rings have been personalised with engraving, we unfortunately cannot accept them back for a refund, however we will consider exchanging the items on a case by case basis. Please do get in contact, as I will be happy to discuss this option with you. In regards to your comments regarding contact during the manufacturing process, due to the high number of orders that are in our workshops at one time, we will only ever contact our customers if we anticipate any changes to your delivery date, otherwise the next point of contact from your order being accepted, will be when your order is despatched. We are however more than happy to provide updates via email and phone should our customers wish to check the progress of their order. Please do feel free to contact us if you want to potentially exchange your rings. We of course do not wish for you to be stuck with rings that are not completely perfect for you. We offer the option of a full refund or exchange for items received back within 30 days of the date of dispatch, if the goods are agreed as being faulty or not as ordered. The item must be unworn, received back in its original condition, and with all original documentation and packaging. Please note that an item becoming scratched whilst worn does not indicate that the item is faulty.
Bespoke items, laser engraved items, shaped rings, and rings received back after the 30 day returns window will not be eligible for refund. In rare cases when we do accept these items back, they will usually be subject to administration/restocking charges. We make every ring to order, so will not process an exchange for the same item in a new size. Please follow our resizing procedure if you require a different ring size. We will also not refund if it is evident that more than one ring was purchased with the express intention of choosing between them and returning one for a refund.
In some cases, we will contact you before we manufacture a ring to discuss what we can do to ensure the ring will be suitable and therefore not returned. This is especially likely if the item is of high value, e.g. a full eternity ring. We reserve the right to exclude items from the 30-day refund policy, and will always contact you prior to their manufacture if this is the case.
Refunds will be made within 5-10 working days by the original method of payment.

THE NITTY GRITTY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Samples must be returned within one week of delivery unless otherwise arranged with our customer service team. The samples supplied are made to our specifications of width, depth, and profile. Samples may vary slightly from real rings purchased. All of our rings are made to a leading edge size measurement and may differ to other retailers’ sizing. Failure to return samples will result in a charge for the full retail value of the silver rings according to the current price on our website. Further court action will be taken if the amount remains unpaid or the rings remain unreturned. In the event that we do not have stock of a sample ordered we will provide the closest match in width, depth, profile or size. We will always oversupply samples in these cases. Samples ordered with finishes or engraving, shaped samples, and engagement ring samples come in stock sizes only. In the event that you order any of the above you will be provided with a sample in the closest size and profile to your order as well as a plain ring in the exact size, width and depth you have requested. The cost of samples is non-refundable and covers administration, cleaning, and postage costs of the sample service.
