My husband and I have been eating low carb for over two years now. Slowly I have been trying to switch my kids towards it too. Cutting out the sugar from our diets is so much healthier, and I’ll admit, making multiple dinners every night is totally apain! So far I have found a few low carb dinner recipes for the family that have received my kids’ stamp of approval. Not an easy task I assure you! Especially when mac n’ cheese and pizza is the competition!Before I get to the first recipe I have to recommend that everyone get themselves aspiralizer. This handykitchen gadgetmakes noodles out of just about any round hard veggie so you can keep enjoyingnoodles without all the carbs.Now on to some of the low carb recipes my kids love.

    I came to your site based on a recommendation from IBIH. I!hadn’t heard of you before so I signed up for your mewsletter. I have to tell you that process was entitely too difficult (way too many steps). If I didn’t already live Melissa’s site and respect her recommendations I would have abandoned the process mudway through.
